At **Travel Holic World**, we aim to provide the most flexible car rental experience possible. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures for canceling a reservation and the conditions under which a refund may be issued.
Most car rental bookings made through our portal are fully refundable if canceled at least **48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time**. However, specific "Deal" or "Secret" rates may have more restrictive cancellation windows. The exact cancellation terms for your reservation will be provided by your agent during the phone booking process and will be included in your confirmation email.
To cancel your booking, you must contact us directly via our support line at **+1 (844) 967-3326**. Cancellations made directly with the car rental brand (e.g., Hertz or Alamo) may not be recognized by our system, and you may still be subject to charges. Please have your booking reference number ready when you call.
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please allow **7 to 10 business days** for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times. Travel Holic World is not responsible for any delays caused by the banking system.
In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or flight cancellations), we will work with our partners to waive cancellation fees where possible. Documentation (such as a canceled flight notice) may be required to process these requests.
