**Agreement to Terms**
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and **Travel Holic World**, a registered BC Sole Proprietorship (#FM1098526), concerning your access to and use of the **mytravelbudy.com** website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
Travel Holic World is an **independent booking portal**. We are not a car rental agency ourselves. We act as a facilitator, connecting travelers with third-party car rental providers (such as Alamo, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, etc.). By using our services, you acknowledge that the final rental agreement is between you and the specific car rental brand assigned to your booking. We are not responsible for the maintenance, safety, or availability of the vehicles provided by these brands.
All reservations made through our portal are subject to availability. While we strive to provide accurate pricing and real-time availability, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to cancel or modify a reservation if it was made based on incorrect information or pricing. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or reference number.
Travel Holic World specializes in negotiating exclusive offline rates. These rates are often "all-inclusive" of basic taxes and fees, but additional local surcharges (such as young driver fees, additional driver fees, or child seat rentals) may be payable directly to the car rental brand at the counter. We will make every effort to disclose all known fees at the time of booking. All prices are typically quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.
By using our services, you represent and warrant that: (i) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (ii) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (iii) you have the legal capacity to enter into a rental agreement; (iv) you possess a valid driver's license and meet the age requirements of the car rental brand you are booking with.
In no event will **Travel Holic World**, its proprietor **Hardeep Singh**, or its employees be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the website or our booking services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for our facilitation services.
These Terms and your use of the Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada** applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
